Unfortunately, another stream of non-renewals are starting to go out on Homeowners and Landlord policies and policyholders are finding themselves with very limited options.

If you do get a Non-Renewal Notice on your current policy, it is most important to start looking for a replacement policy immediately. It is quite possible that your only option will be to have a Fire policy with California Fair Plan and then a supplemental policy with another carrier that “dovetails” with the California Fair Plan to pick up the coverages that are not offered by them.
