We have worked hard to ensure our conversion to the new platform will be a simple process for all members. We have anticipated that some of you may have questions… for your convenience, we have provided answers to the most common questions below. » Why are you updating your @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking platform?
1st Nor Cal Credit Union is committed to delivering an exceptional digital banking experience for our members. This upgrade will allow us to continue developing the modern and robust self-service tools you need to quickly and easily manage your finances today and in the future. @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking will continue to be a free services available to all 1st Nor Cal members.
» Will I need to re-enroll in @ccessOnline Banking?
On March 29, @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking will automatically transition to the new platform. Current 1st Nor Cal @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking users will not need to re-register or re-enroll. Instead, you will login with your current/existing @ccessOnline Banking username and password.
» Will my login credentials remain the same?
Yes, your username and password for @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking will remain the same. When you log in to the new platform for the first time, you may be asked to update your password. If so, simply follow the prompts provided to create a new password.
» How do I access the new @ccessOnline Banking or @ccessMobile Banking App?
Login for @ccessOnline Banking is on the home page of our website. The new @ccessMobile Banking app is available for download from App Store and Google Play. Follow the prompts to install the app. Users must be registered for @ccessOnline Banking before they will be able to log in to use the @ccessMobile Banking app. Click here for more information and for links to our mobile banking app.
» Will I need to re-download the @ccessMobile Banking app?
Yes, you will need to have the newest version of our app once the upgrade is complete. Apple users will need to “update” their mobile app to access their accounts after the upgrade. Android users will need to “download” the new app. The current app version will no longer work once we start the upgrade. You may need to delete and reinstall the app if you are seeing the old app login screen and/or getting a server connectivity error.
» Will I still be able to use biometrics to login to my @ccessMobile Banking app?
Biometrics will not be available the first time you log into the new app. Once you login the first time, you will then be able to enroll in fingerprint or facial recognition through the new platform.
» When will these changes occur?
The upgrade to the new 1st Nor Cal Credit Union Online Banking and Mobile Banking experience will take place on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking will be unavailable prior to the upgrade beginning at 1:45 am on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. We anticipate that the new upgraded service will be available by 9:00 am on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
» Will there be any downtime or lapse in service(s) related to the upgrade?
Access to all services in @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking App will be unavailable from 1:45 am the morning of March 29, 2023 through 9:00 am on March 29, 2023 to allow for the transition.
Additionally, certain ACH transaction related activities will be unavailable leading up to the transition. These activities relate to both online transfers between members and outside financial institutions as well as Online BillPay.
Beginning at 7:00 pm on March 22, 2023, @ccessOnline Banking and @ccessMobile Banking users will be restricted from adding new accounts for transfers between members and outside financial institutions and members will be restricted from adding new Online BillPay accounts. Also, beginning at 7:00 pm on March 26, 2023, ACH transactions overall will be unavailable including both transfers to outside financial institutions and Online BillPay. Members will still be able to transfer funds between their own 1st Nor Cal Credit Union accounts up until the system transition scheduled downtime of 1:45 am on March 29, 2023. Payments arranged before these scheduled cutoff times will go out as scheduled, however as mentioned above, you will not be able to add, edit, cancel or schedule any payments during this times until the upgraded systems are restored.
