Crockett Branch to Close End of February 2025.
After much deliberation, we have decided to close our Crockett branch at the end of February 2025, with our last day of operations at that branch occurring on February 28, 2025. We know that this might be unwelcome news for many of our local Crockett members and apologize to those of you who frequent the Crockett branch. We found that member utilization of this branch has not been high enough to continue to keep it open. We encourage all of our members who have regularly gone to our Crockett branch to visit either of our nearby Martinez branches or our Richmond branch, where our member service representatives will be happy to assist you. We understand that this is an inconvenience and will do whatever we can to assist you during the transition. We strive for efficiency and will continue to be good stewards of this credit union and our members.
We appreciate the community’s support over the years and remain committed to serving you through other convenient channels and our other branch locations. We offer convenient online banking, mobile banking, and 24-hour member and account support through our call center, where you are able to access nearly all of the services we offer in person without even coming into one of our branches.
